By purchasing Physica Energetics products from Aperture Energetics after establishing a practitioner account, by clicking to accept and agree, you, the reseller, agree to these terms and abide by the terms and conditions herein.
Clinic and Online Resale Policy
1. Physica Energetics (PE) products are sold exclusively through licensed and certified healthcare practitioners and used under the practitioner's close supervision and direct care.
2. Aperture Energetics does not authorize or permit sales of its PE professional line of products on third-party sites like Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or any other non-practitioner-owned website for online retailing.
3. PE products may not be listed for sale on search engine shopping platforms such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, or others.
4. PE products for sale in clinic settings or retail dispensary settings must be placed behind the counter, out of sight of the general public. They must have a resident practitioner consultation before purchase.
5. Products purchased by PE account holders may not be sold to other businesses with the intent of distribution through unauthorized venues or the Internet.
6. Websites clearly associated with the healthcare professional’s practice may offer PE products, provided a practitioner/patient relationship is established with the patient before purchasing any Physica Energetics products.
7. Online stores and dispensaries can show product images without pricing being visible to the general public.
8. Patients purchasing products online must log in to a password-gated store to purchase products after practitioner recommendation and with the practitioner overseeing the patient’s healing journey to ensure accurate dosage and frequency.
9. Receive all PE email communications, including product updates, ingredient changes, product launches, educational information and events, promotions, and PE specific announcements. Unsubscribing from emails will result in suspension of the account.
10 .Resellers must set the retail price at or above the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for each PE product listed on the US and Canadian Order Forms. Aperture Energetics is solely responsible for establishing the MAP for each PE product and communicating the MAP to all practitioners as authorized resellers.
PE accounts are the responsibility of the healthcare practitioner. Failure to follow Aperture Energetics policies will result in the suspension of the account.
